The patient case study

The treating therapist presents a patient with left foot pain, where the meaningful left foot stays painful despite treating the full Driver Profile — primary driver CoRings (R3/4 and R6/7, w), secondary driver CoDriver at the right knee and right foot/ankle (w). The questions and the challenges in progressing this patient are worked through with LJ’s input directly. This is the part you can’t get from a textbook: watching an expert reason through an unresolved case, out loud.

Grand Rounds grew out of the Refresher course for Series Grads, where patient cases were discussed virtually. Participants kept reporting the same thing: having LJ’s input on a real case moved their clinical practice in a way that more teaching didn’t.
